Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada. We’re working toward expanding international shipping in the future.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing may take longer.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on location and carrier. Typical delivery within Canada is 3–10 business days once your order has shipped.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available for your method).

Lost / Stolen Packages

Once the package has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
