Welcome to Lumzi (the “Site”) operated by EA Ecom Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or purchasing from hellolumzi.ca, or by creating an account on app.hellolumzi.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our website, app, or making any purchase.

1. Use of the Site and Lumzi App

You agree to use this Site and the Lumzi App for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse or attempt to interfere with their functionality, security, or integrity.

The Lumzi App allows you to create an account, link your pet’s QR tag, and manage your pet profile. By using the App, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your pet, and to keep your contact details up to date to ensure proper tag functionality.

You acknowledge that Lumzi may send you one-time login links and notifications related to your account and pet safety. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email access and any device you use to access the App.

2. Products and Services

We sell physical products (including pet identification tags) through this Site. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but variations in color, finish, or materials may occur.

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

We accept payments via Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Taxes will be applied according to your province or territory.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Canada. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed to the shipping carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site and within the Lumzi App—including text, graphics, logos, and designs—is the property of EA Ecom Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

We use third-party providers, including Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, and Oracle (for the Lumzi App), to process payments, store data, and manage operations. By purchasing from or creating an account with Lumzi, you also agree to comply with their respective terms and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EA Ecom Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site, the Lumzi App, or our products.

While the Lumzi QR Tag and App are designed to help recover lost pets, we cannot guarantee a pet’s return or assume responsibility for any loss, injury, or damages related to their use.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EA Ecom Inc., its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Lumzi App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
