How do I track my sales and commissions?
Once you’re in The Lumzi Pack, you’ll have your own dashboard — your little command center. From there, you can see every click, order, and commission in real time. You’ll even watch your progress as you climb from Paw Member 🐾 to Alpha 🦴 to Pack Leader 🐕.
When and how do I get paid?
We pay our ambassadors once a month via PayPal, in Canadian dollars (CAD). All commissions are based on completed orders (after any returns or cancellations). You’ll always know exactly what’s coming — full transparency, no guesswork.
Do I need to buy a Lumzi tag to join?
Not at all — joining The Lumzi Pack is 100% free. That said, most of our creators love showing off their own Lumzi tags in photos and videos — it helps tell a real story. Plus, we often prioritize tag owners for special collabs and campaigns.
Can I join even if I’m not an influencer?
Absolutely. You don’t need thousands of followers — just a love for pets and a heart for the mission. Our best ambassadors are real pet parents, dog walkers, groomers, and small-shop owners who simply believe every pet deserves to be found.
How does the tier system work?
Every ambassador starts as a Paw Member (10%) — welcome to the Pack! Once you reach 20 orders, you’ll rise to Alpha Member (15%). At 50+ orders, you’ll unlock Pack Leader (20%) status and VIP perks. Each milestone happens automatically — just keep sharing, inspiring, and growing.
What if someone clicks my link but forgets my code?
No worries! Lumzi links automatically set a 60-day cookie — so if someone clicks your link and buys later (even without your code), you still get credit. We’ve got your back — loyalty always counts.
